This i Maja - our Friend of the Month in September 2012! Maja invites as all to come and play in the playhouse! She piles all her little friends up and then we all end up on the floor. We simply put up with most things, and with a big smile - just like Maja! :)

Countdown to the First Day of School - Bring a Friend Along!

Starting school can be both fun and exciting, but also a nerve-wreaking, stressful experience. It might be a good idea to bring a little friend along on this very first day to give a little extra support when it is most needed. School starts soon - so be prepared! No kid, pocket or bag should be without a Small Friend.

Friend Of The Month, August 2012!

This is Isak - our Friend of the Month in August, 2012! We decided to go on a trip with him and ended up at Torvsjö Kvarnar, an open-air museum in the south part of Lapland, Sweden. We walked along the forest path and learned about the life for the forestry workers during the 1800s and early 1900s century. We looked into the lumberjack huts from different times and saw the big load of timber a horse could pull. Inside the Museum building we found all the tools used when working in the woods. 
Despite being there on a rather cold and rainy day, we enjoyed it a lot. Isak is an enjoyable young man to spend an afternoon with. :)

Friend Of The Month, July 2012!

This is Hironori! He is our Friend of the Month in July, 2012! We had the chance to spend a day with him. He's a very talented man and fun to be around. Amazingly good at cooking and always up to something exciting. He knows how to play and have fun! But we all know that time flies when you have fun, and this day will soon be over as the sun slowly sets. And not only time flies, all of a sudden balloons, soap bubbles and Småkompisar flies up in the sky. What a beautiful sight!
The night ends with a lovely and sweet strawberry caramel cake - Yummy, what a day! :)

Småkompisar visited Artipelag!

We made our very first visit to Artipelag - the newly opened exhibition hall located in the Stockholm archipelago. Whether you love art or not, this is a must do if you are in the area. Stop by the museum to see the exhibitions or just to enjoy the surroundings, the views and architecture. We suggest that you make it a day trip, the museum - inside and outside - is inviting and fun to both children and adults. We, Småkompisar and friends, enjoyed our visit and hope to come back soon!

Friend Of The Month, June 2012!

We would like to introduce you to our dear friend, Malin! She is our Friend of the Month in June! Besides all her many good qualities, she is truly a lovely, warm-hearted person and a great friend!

We had a coffee the other day and a chance to catch up on life in general. We all need a break now and then and a good hearty laugh to relieve stress and tension in mind and body. Then times flies and we have to head on to all the must do's in our everyday lives, and it is only for us to say; Thank you Malin for good friendship, a coffee and a nice chat! Enjoy June, your month! :)

Graduation Time with Friends and Family
